How to Get Help
Audiovisual equipment in the specialized facilities are to be used only with the aid of trained personnel, such as the Calit2 staff (av@calit2.net), Office of Engineering Computing (OEC) (dehelp@soe.ucsd.edu), or UCSD Media Services (http://mediacenter.ucsd.edu/). These services are provided on a recharge basis, and the user is responsible for scheduling and paying for these services. For emergencies, please call (858)822-4068.
We have also provided some documentation for a few of the systems in our building. Feel free to refer to this documentation if you need any help.
